Average width of the river - 15 m, depth – 0.5 m, water volume flow - 1,4 m3/sec. (low volume is ca. 8.0 m3/sec). The water current is medium or slow. Eligible fish: brown trout – 80%, grayling – 20%, huchen (Hucho hucho) < 1%. Associated species: chub (Leuciscus cephalus), dace (Leuciscus leuciscus) and ide (Leuciscus idus). The sector is from the Baligród to the Hoczew. The practice waters are located immediately above and below the sector. Aquatic vegetation flourishes abundantly in many parts of the river, but doesn’t hinder fly fishing.
